• You must have a CONFIRMED PayPal shipping address when using PayPal.
• We can only ship to the address specified with your PayPal or Google Checkout order. Please ensure the correct shipping address is used prior to placing an order. All requests to change the shipping address will result in your order being canceled.
• Products are usually shipped in 2-3 business days after payment has cleared.
• Delivery times will generally vary between 2-9 business days, depending on your location and shipping selection.
• We do not guarantee delivery times when Free Standard Shipping (5-9 Business Days) is selected.
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $30 or more.
• Products may be shipped directly from our suppliers.
• Tracking number will be provided when available.
• Signature may be required upon delivery of the package.
• For your protection, we recommend that you inspect your package prior to signing for it.
• We ship to the Continental 48 States ONLY. No APO or International shipping available.

NOTE: If your item is shipped via the USPS, your tracking # may not be found on the USPS website. They are extremely slow in updating their online tracking system, if at all.

RETURNS

• You must request an RMA and Shipping Label directly from us to be eligible for a refund.
• We will exchange any non-working items within 10 calendar days of delivery.
• You are responsible for inspecting the contents and working condition of your product during the 10 calendar day return window.
• Money back for unopened items returned within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• If you chose to return a non-working item rather than exchange it, your refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Seller is required to pay for return shipping of all items that were not the result of our error.
• Because our product pricing and availability are based on market conditions, we cannot accept any returns after 10 calendar days of receipt of delivery.
• There is no special return policy in place for holiday purchases.
• We do not offer any type of price matching.
• We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, and cannot be held liable for any defects or warranties. You should contact the manufacturer directly for their product protection policy.



Although the Website is composed with care, it may happen that the pricing information on the Website contains errors. We are not bound by our offer and we reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of spelling, pricing, or other errors in the website information.

We are not responsible or bound by the information and/or pricing that is provided to you on Google or Bing Shopping, or any other website. It can take hours or days for them to update their websites with the current data we have provided. It is the buyer's responsibility, prior to purchase, to ensure the product being purchased is in fact the model/version you are interested in.

We reserve the right, for whatever reason, to refuse any order or to cancel any purchase. Some of the situations in which we may do so are:
(a) the product(s) is (are) not available and/or not in stock;
(b) your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
(c) your payment is not confirmed/authorized by our automated payment confirmation service;
(d) the displayed price of the product(s) was incorrect; or
(e) we could not deliver at the address provided by you.
